i>He Kissed Me First was a really fun and entertaining read. I absolutely loved Matthew and Cecelia together! Matthew is an immature, egotistical athlete who actively pursues his sister Molly's roommate. Cecelia is feisty, smart and seemingly his perfect match. The banter between them had me laughing one moment and yelling in frustration the next.

I was completely consumed by Matthew and Cecelia's story, which was so incredibly written. The author really has a way with words that brings her stories to life. This was such a cute, fun and witty book that kept me glued to each and every page. It has just the right mix of angst, drama, frustration and sexy good times. Fans of Sara Ney, you are not going to want to miss this one.

After finishing the first one, I quickly jumped into #2. This one focuses on Matthew (Molly’s Douchey Brother) Who surprisingly took hold of my heart by the end of this book. And her roommate Cecelia. Who is just as sarcastic and hilarious. They fight constantly, but it’s what makes them one couple, I don’t think I’ll forget.

“If love was easy, it wouldn’t be worth it.”

There’s something I realized about these books. Ney is focusing on that first kiss. I know I probably should have figured that out way before. But it’s the whole butterflies, the anticipation of someone lips upon yours. You feel everything these characters are feeling for each other. It’s one of the greatest things about reading, getting lost in a story.

I’ve loved this series so far and can’t wait to jump into book #3.

    Overall, Five Boundless Stars.
